For hotels, lodges and guest houses

When travellers ask AI where to stay, make sure it’s you.

Travellers now ask ChatGPT and Google’s AI questions like “Where can we stay near the Cradle of Humankind with children?” BlueWing checks what the assistants tell them about your property, puts right what is wrong on your website, Google and the booking sites, and keeps it right.

R7,500 once, then R4,500 a month

Who it is for

Independent properties, wherever they are.

  • Boutique hotels, in the country and in town.
  • Game and nature lodges.
  • Country venues with rooms, for weddings and conferences.
  • Small groups of two to six properties.
  • Spas and day destinations with rooms.
  • Graded guest houses.

Wherever you are

We work with properties anywhere in South Africa and in neighbouring countries, from the Cradle and the Magaliesberg to lodges in Limpopo, Mpumalanga and Botswana, and guest houses on the coast.

If a visit isn’t practical, Peter shows you the Snapshot and each report on a video call.

Peter owned the My Destination Johannesburg franchise, so he knows how travellers choose where to stay.

What we check

The facts travellers ask about.

An assistant answers from whatever it finds. If your website says a family room sleeps five and a booking site says four, a guest can arrive expecting the wrong room, or choose somewhere else.

Your six key facts

  • Your property’s name and where it is.
  • The areas you serve.
  • Your phone number.
  • Your reception or opening hours.
  • What you offer.
  • Your website address.

And what travellers ask

  • How many each room or unit sleeps.
  • Your child and pet policy.
  • Check-in and check-out times.
  • Whether day visitors are welcome.
  • Wedding or conference capacity.

We check them on your website, your Google profile, Bing, Booking.com, Airbnb, LekkeSlaap, SafariNow, TripAdvisor and your area’s tourism listing, whichever you use.

One property with the same facts travellers ask about (what each room sleeps, children and pets, check-in and check-out, day visitors, wedding and conference capacity) on its website, Google profile, Booking.com, Airbnb, LekkeSlaap, SafariNow, TripAdvisor and the area’s tourism listing.

Who does the work

We make the changes ourselves.

You don’t have time to chase a developer about a wrong check-in time. Once you approve the wording, we place it on your website and correct your details on Google and the booking sites ourselves, keeping a copy of what was there before.

We do

  • Your page text, headings, page titles and descriptions, in your existing website editor.
  • Your details on Google, Bing, the booking sites, the tourism listing and the main directories.
  • Replies to your Google reviews, once you approve them.
  • Oversized photographs replaced with lighter ones, so pages open quickly on a phone.

Your developer does

  • Hosting, security and anything that needs code.
  • Plugins, themes and page building.
  • We send a clear list for those, each with a simple test, and check the result.

Nothing is changed without your approval. Your website, domain and accounts stay yours.

Each month

Checked, corrected and reported.

We check

  • Four travellers’ questions, put to four AI assistants: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude. All eight every third month.
  • Your facts on the assistants, your website, Google and the booking sites.
  • Your phone, email, WhatsApp and booking routes.

We act and report

  • Up to two hours of corrections a month, made by us.
  • Before the December, Easter and winter holidays, your packages, specials and closures made the same everywhere.
  • Every new Google review answered, up to 15 a month. Complaints come to you first.
  • A one-page report and a short call: what held, what moved, what we fixed and who else was named.

If we find something urgent, like a wrong phone number or capacity, a booking link that doesn’t work, or a one- or two-star review, we tell you the same day.

Not included: photography, advertising, managing your rates and availability on the booking sites, and replies on sites other than Google.

Before we start

What we need from you.

  • Editor access to your website.
  • Manager access to your Google profile and Bing Places.
  • Access to each booking site you use, as a user or co-host. Your rates and availability stay with you.
  • One person who approves wording and replies within five working days.
  • Payment in advance, each month.

Work starts once we have the access. Anything waiting on you for more than 30 days is closed as delivered, and the report says so.

Price and terms

  • The free AI Snapshot first, shown to you in person or on a video call.
  • The AI Correction: R7,500 once-off.
  • AI Visibility: R4,500 a month, with a six-month minimum. After that, month to month with one month’s notice.
  • Your first invoice is R12,000: the Correction and your first month.
  • Each additional property adds R2,000 to the Correction and R1,500 a month.
  • Google Posts, four posts a month on your Google profile: R1,500 a month.
  • Fixed prices, paid in advance. BlueWing is not VAT registered.

We never promise a ranking, a recommendation by any AI assistant, or a number of bookings. We do promise that your facts are put right everywhere we can reach, and that every change is checked.
