Why it needs doing every month
Right in March can be wrong by May.
AI assistants change what they say. Google profiles get edited by strangers. Directories copy old details. Staff change phone numbers. Without regular checks, nobody notices until the enquiries start to slow down.
It is like a referral partner who starts giving out your old number without telling you.With a check every month, you find out within weeks.
What you get each month
Checks, corrections and a short report.
We check
- Your customer questions, put to four AI assistants: four questions a month, and all eight every third month.
- Your six key facts on the assistants, your website, your Google profile and your main listings.
- Your contact routes, so phone, form, email and WhatsApp still reach you.
- For hotels, lodges and guest houses: your booking sites too, and your packages, specials and closures before the December, Easter and winter holidays.
We act and report
- Your Google reviews answered, up to 15 a month. Complaints and low ratings come to you first, and nothing is posted until you approve it.
- One new piece for your website each month, drafted from a short conversation with you about your own work, for you to adapt and approve before it goes up.
- Up to an hour of corrections to your text and profiles, made by us. Two hours for hotels, lodges and guest houses, including the booking sites.
- Follow-up with your developer on anything outstanding, and a check when it is done.
- A one-page report and a short call: what improved, what still holds, what we fixed, who else was named, and what you need to do.
If we find something urgent, like a wrong phone number or a contact form that doesn’t work, we tell you and your developer the same day. A one- or two-star review comes to you the same day, with a draft reply.
A year of readings
A reading every month, and a full one every third month.
The same questions, asked the same way, so each month can be compared with the last. A difference of one answer either way is normal, and we don’t treat it as a change.
It starts straight away
It starts without waiting for your developer.
AI Visibility starts on its agreed date. While website work is still being done, we keep checking and correcting everything else: your Google profile, your listings, the readings and the follow-up.
Price and terms
- R4,000 a month, with a six-month minimum, for every business.
- After that, month to month, with one month’s notice.
- Each additional location or property adds R1,500 a month.
- A second business with the same owner is R3,000 a month.
- Google Posts, an add-on: four posts a month on your Google profile, written from your own work and photographs and approved by you in one monthly pack. R1,500 a month.
- Invoices are paid in advance. BlueWing is not VAT registered.
Not included: developer work, hosting, advertising, photography and new website pages beyond the monthly piece, and for hotels and lodges, managing your rates and availability on the booking sites. These are quoted separately or stay with you.
