BWL Commissioning
Commissioning turns the findings into a controlled, verified starting state. It is the establishment phase of the BlueWing Local Business Control System.
Four layers
Direction → Identity → Legibility → Proof.
Direction
What the business is, who it is for, what customers ask and what must not be claimed.
Identity
The important business facts agree across controlled sources.
Legibility
Machines can retrieve the site and important facts appear in visible page text.
Proof
Every required change has before evidence, a named check and a recorded result.
Parallel delivery
You do not have to write the website and BlueWing does not have to build it.
The owner supplies the business truth and approves wording. BlueWing can draft plain proposed wording from approved facts. Your developer implements work that requires developer judgement. BlueWing verifies the specified result.
The three lanes can move in parallel once Direction and enough business truth are settled.
BlueWing may place
- BlueWing-authored wording.
- Page descriptions.
- Redirects.
- Small root text files such as llms.txt.
Only with written owner permission and suitable admin access, using the existing editor/builder. No themes, plugins, page building, speed work, server/FTP/hosting work or developer-judgement changes.
Commissioning close
The result is a Controlled Baseline.
BlueWing does not close Commissioning by saying “the website is fixed”. It freezes the verified state so that later change can be detected and compared.
The baseline records
- Approved Direction and Question Set version.
- Canonical business facts and controlled locations.
- Important pages and page purposes.
- Profile/listing state and website retrieval state.
- Search Console and Bing Webmaster state.
- Verification results and open dependencies.
- Commissioning date and accountable-reader approval.
Technical remediation
If the site needs developer work, the requirement is made checkable.
The developer receives the finding, the exact required outcome and the check that means pass. If your existing developer cannot or will not implement it, you contract directly with another developer. BlueWing may identify one it is prepared to work with but receives no referral fee, commission or margin.
A developer saying “done” is not proof. BlueWing runs the check.
