BWL Continuous Control
Commissioning establishes the baseline. Continuous Control keeps checking whether that controlled state still holds.
The control loop
Measure → compare → diagnose → act → verify → record → repeat.
Every month
- Run the fixed monthly customer-question subset.
- Check important business facts and material cross-channel consistency.
- Check relevant profiles/listings and controlled website pages.
- Check website retrieval and legibility.
- Review available Search Console and Bing Webmaster evidence.
- Carry dependencies forward and verify completed work.
- Correct permitted BlueWing items or specify action for the responsible person.
Every third month
The full controlled Question Set is run across the four assistants. The full-set reading and monthly tracking reading are named separately; one is not substituted for the other.
It is not website maintenance. The developer maintains the building. BlueWing controls the specification, evidence and recurring checks.
What the report proves
No mystery score. Show the evidence.
A measured condition improved. The evidence and dates are shown.
An important condition was tested and remained correct.
A problem was detected and action was taken, specified or verified.
Platform figures remain platform figures. BlueWing does not average them into a proprietary “AI visibility score”.
What if somebody else is holding work up?
Dependencies remain visible.
Outstanding owner, developer or third-party items are carried into the control record with the responsible party and request date. Continuous Control does not pretend they disappeared.
Why this matters
A one-off fix can look finished while a technical item, wrong fact or later change quietly reintroduces the problem. The recurring system exists to detect and record that drift.
Ending Continuous Control does not undo completed work. It ends BlueWing’s continuing obligation to detect, report, correct, specify and verify later change.
