BlueWing Local Marketing provides AI visibility consultancy services to local
South African businesses. All services are subject to a separate engagement
agreement confirmed in writing between BlueWing and the client.
Key service terms:
- All engagements begin with a paid diagnostic. The diagnostic fee is credited in
full if you proceed to implementation. - Fees are quoted excluding VAT. VAT will be added where applicable.
- Payment terms are confirmed in your engagement agreement.
- BlueWing operates a maximum capacity of 20 active clients. Acceptance of a new
client is at our sole discretion.
SCOPE OF WORK
BlueWing Local Marketing provides strategic AI visibility consulting, diagnostic
reporting, and implementation briefing. We do not build or redesign websites,
write general marketing content, manage social media, or provide traditional SEO
or Google Ads services.
Where website technical changes are required, we provide a precise written brief
to your developer. Implementation is the responsibility of your developer.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The BWL framework, methodology, tools, reports, and all written content produced
by BlueWing Local Marketing are the intellectual property of Dr Peter Thompson
and BlueWing Local Marketing. Diagnostic reports produced for you are for your
use only and may not be shared with or sold to third parties.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BlueWing Local Marketing provides AI visibility services based on current best
practices and available data. We do not guarantee specific rankings, enquiry
volumes, or revenue outcomes. AI search tools change frequently and without notice;
we cannot be held liable for changes outside our control.
Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the fees paid for the specific
engagement in question.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes
will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
