BlueWing works with a maximum of 20 businesses at any one time. This page helps you decide whether we are the right fit — and helps us decide the same.

BlueWing is the right fit if…

BlueWing is the right fit if:
  • You own a local service business in or around Sandton, Fourways, Randburg, or greater Gauteng
  • You have a working website — or are willing to build one
  • You can give us website, Google Business Profile, and analytics access — or instruct your developer to act on a brief
  • You are prepared to pay for a diagnostic before any implementation work begins
  • You want measurable AI visibility, not traditional SEO
  • You can commit to monthly governance once Steps 3+4 begin (AI Authority only)
  • You can provide WordPress admin access or hosting control panel login for technical file installation
BlueWing is not the right fit if:
  • You are looking for traditional SEO or Google Ads management
  • You need someone to build or rewrite your website from scratch
  • You want guaranteed rankings or guaranteed enquiry volumes
  • You are unable to give your developer instructions on your behalf
  • Your business is national in scope rather than locally rooted
  • Your website has technical issues you are unwilling to address

BlueWing identifies website issues that limit AI access and briefs your developer precisely. Fixing them is outside our scope but essential to your results.

Before we begin

Five questions we ask every prospective client before any paid work starts. All five answers must be yes.

If any answer is no: "I would like to work with you, but BlueWing can only deliver results when these conditions are in place. Let's speak again once that is in position." No exceptions. No discounting. No workarounds.

BlueWing is a deliberately boutique practice. The 20-client cap is not a sales tactic — it is a quality constraint. Every engagement requires deep intelligence scanning, custom implementation work, and ongoing monthly attention. More than 20 clients means diluted results.

Every client works directly with Dr Peter Thompson, PhD. There is no account manager, no junior consultant, no offshore team. The same person who designed the BWL 2.9 framework delivers your engagement from start to finish.

BlueWing does not offer traditional SEO, social media management, or paid advertising. We build the AI infrastructure layer. The results are measurable — tracked monthly, reported in plain English, and where appropriate, denominated in Rand.

Does BlueWing build websites?
No. BlueWing installs the AI infrastructure layer underneath your existing website. We do not build websites, write general content, or manage social media. Your existing developer and content team continue their work — we add the AI layer on top of what they have already built.
How many clients does BlueWing work with?
A maximum of 20 active clients across both programmes at any one time. This cap is a deliberate quality constraint. When capacity is full, we operate a waiting list. Contact us to check current availability.
What area does BlueWing serve?
BlueWing primarily serves local businesses in Sandton, Fourways, Randburg, and greater Gauteng. The diagnostic and most implementation work can be done remotely, so businesses elsewhere in South Africa are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Can I stop after the diagnostic?
Yes. The diagnostic is a standalone paid product. You receive the full report and findings, and you decide freely whether to proceed. The diagnostic fee is credited in full against implementation if you go ahead, with no time limit on returning.
Will this replace my SEO agency or digital marketing team?
No. BlueWing installs the AI infrastructure layer. Your SEO agency, developer, and content writers continue their existing work. We are an addition to your marketing activity, not a replacement for it. Traditional SEO and AI visibility serve different but complementary purposes.
How do you measure results?
Every engagement is measured against an AI Confidence Score established at Step 1. We test ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Apple Intelligence live each month and track whether your business appears in their recommendations. For AI Authority clients, we also measure AI-driven traffic in GA4 and, where a Financial Baseline has been completed, produce Rand-denominated return estimates.
Do you give my website access to anyone else?
No. Access credentials are used only for the specific implementation tasks agreed at each step. Your website is never changed without your explicit approval. Where a developer implements our brief, the Technical Brief is delivered to your developer at your instruction — not initiated by BlueWing independently.
