The R 15,000 fee is credited in full against Step 2 (R 8,500). The surplus R 6,500 is retained as a goodwill credit against Steps 3+4.

Stop after Step 2 — this is a natural, complete result. AI can find and cite your business. You may pause indefinitely and resume Steps 3+4 at any time with no additional setup cost.

Steps 3 and 4 are committed together — the retainer clock starts on Step 3 sign-off, not on your commitment date. The six-month minimum retainer is paid upfront when Step 3 begins.
